育苗基质搅拌装置的设计与仿真分析
Design and Simulation Analysis of Nursery Substrate Mixer
【摘要】 为提高育苗基质的搅拌效率,设计了一种新型育苗基质搅拌装置。确定了搅拌机的搅拌桶容量、搅拌器形状、附属装置及电机型号,利用EDEM颗粒有限元分析软件对比人工搅拌和搅拌机搅拌的搅拌效果。结果表明:搅拌机搅拌育苗基质的均匀程度更高,效果更好,搅拌时长到3 s时,搅拌机内的颗粒已经明显分散。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the mixing efficiency of nursery substrate,a new mixer for nursery substrate was designed. The capacity of mixer drum,shape of stirrer,accessory device and model of motor are determined. EDEM particle finite element analysis software was used to compare the stirring intensity of manually operated mixing and mixer. The results show that the substrate seedlings in the mixer has a higher degree of uniformity and better effect. When the mixing time reaches 3s,the particles in the mixer have been significantly dispersed.
