植物源杀菌剂百里香酚对盆栽草莓根腐病的防治效果研究

【摘要】 【目的】由尖孢镰刀菌引起的根腐病是草莓主要病害之一,目前针对该病仍以化学防治为主,有必要寻找更加环保的植物源药剂协同控害。【方法】以植物源杀菌剂百里香酚为供试药剂,测定其对盆栽草莓根腐病菌尖孢镰刀菌的防治效果,确定适宜的使用浓度。【结果】百里香酚能够有效抑制尖孢镰刀菌生长和侵染盆栽草莓‘红颜’和‘甜查理’的幼苗,抑制率和EC50分别可达87.48%和6.973 3μg/mL;用75μg/mL和100μg/mL处理浓度灌根14 d后,2个草莓品种接菌植株的病情指数仅在2.22~5.56,防治效果达83.65%~90.89%。【结论】75μg/mL和100μg/mL百里香酚可用于防控由尖孢镰刀菌引起的盆栽草莓根腐病。

【Abstract】 【Objective】Root rot caused by Fusarium oxysporum is one of the main diseases in strawberry.Currently,chemical control is the main method against this disease. It is necessary to explore more environmentally friendly plant-derived fungicides to control this disease synergistically.【Method】In this study,the control effect of the plant-derived fungicide thymol against F. oxysporum on potted strawberry was determined,and the appropriate concentration for use was assessed,then the appropriate concentration was determined.【Result】Thymol can effectively inhibit the growth of F. oxysporum and the infection of strain on the seedling of potted strawberries ‘Hong Yan’ and ‘Tian Cha Li’. The inhibition and EC50 of thymol against F. oxysporum were 87.48% and 6.973 3 μg/m L,respectively. The disease indexes of these two inoculated plants were 2.22~5.56 after 14 days of root irrigation by thymol at concentrations of 75 μg/m L and 100 μg/m L,with control effects were 83.65%~90.89%.【Conclusion】Thymol at concentrations of 75 μg/m L and 100 μg/m L can be used to control root rot on potted strawberry caused by F. oxysporum.
