【摘要】 文章针对电子显微镜实验室在安全管理及仪器设备开放共享等方面存在的问题，从多个维度进行了深入分析与探讨。从电子显微镜室的细化分类管理、危化品分类管理、实验室人员队伍建设、电镜室环境运行维护条件管理、建立完善的绩效激励机制和完善开放共享预约使用机制等方面进行了分析探讨，并给出了相应解决方案，以期实现电子显微镜实验室的安全运维管理，并有效提高仪器设备的开放共享使用效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper provides an in-depth analysis and discussion on the issues related to safety management and open sharing of equipment in electron microscope laboratories, addressing them from multiple perspectives. It explores refined classification management of electron microscope rooms, classification management of hazardous chemicals, development of laboratory personnel, management of environmental operating and maintenance conditions in electron microscope rooms, establishment of comprehensive performance incentive mechanisms, and improvement of open sharing and reservation systems. Corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of electron microscope laboratories and to effectively enhance workpiece ratio of open sharing and utilization of equipment.更多还原
