【摘要】 生产实习是应用型本科专业技术人才培养过程中一个关键环节。文章结合化工发展的新形势，分析了化工生产实习与行业融合的必要性。鉴于当前产教融合面临的实际问题，从产教共同体、学生实习价值观、专业化师资、运行监控与反馈机制等方面构建了产教融合型生产实习运行的新机制。初步实践探索表明，共同体是产业和学校融合的突破口，正确的劳动观是调动学生积极性的良药、专业化师资是实习质量的关键，运行监控与反馈机制是实习质量调控的有效手段，对于生产实习课程建设具有指导与借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Productive practice is a crucial part in the cultivation process of applied undergraduate professional and technical talents. This paper analyzes the necessity of relationship of combining chemical productive practice with industry based on the new situation of chemical industry development. In view of the current problems facing the combining of industry and education, and the new operating mechanism of combining chemical productive practice and industry is constructed by applying the concept of combining industry and education, which involves the essential factors of the community, student values, professional teachers, and practice operation monitoring and feedback mechanisms. Initial practical exploration shows that the community is the breakthrough point for the combining of industry and colleges, the correct labor view is a good medicine to mobilize students’ enthusiasm, professional teachers are the key to internship quality, and the operation monitoring and feedback mechanism is an effective means to regulate internship quality, which has guiding and referential signif icance for the construction of production internship courses.更多还原
