【Abstract】 In recent years, accidents in college laboratories have often occurred, among which the proportion of accidents caused directly or indirectly by the lab personnel’s poor safety consciousness for a major share. Laboratory safety culture month is an important part of laboratory safety work in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to improve the safety awareness of laboratory personnel and their ability to prevent and resolve risks, and to create a healthy, safe and sustainable laboratory environment. This paper systematically analyzes the current problems in the construction of laboratory safety culture month in colleges and universities, and puts forward targeted recommendations. At the same time, it takes Beijing Normal University as an example to illustrate the characteristic program of laboratory safety culture month, which provides practical reference for the highquality development of laboratory safety in colleges and universities.更多还原
