【摘要】 目的 探讨Carolina护理模式下的人性化护理在异位妊娠患者围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月于滨州医学院附属医院妇科行腹腔镜手术的120例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=60）和观察组（n=60）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予Carolina护理模式下的人性化护理，对比两组的护理效果。结果 观察组首次肛门排气时间、腹痛消失时间、首次下床时间均短于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组术后24 h疼痛评分低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组，总满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）；护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 围手术期应用Carolina护理模式下的人性化护理能提高护理效果，缩短异位妊娠患者的术后恢复时间，减轻术后疼痛，改善焦虑、抑郁情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing under Carolina nursing model in the perioperative period of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology, Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given humanistic nursing under Carolina nursing model on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The first anal exhaust time, the disappearance time of abdominal pain,and the first time to get out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The pain score of the observation group at 24 hours after operation was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing under Carolina nursing model during the perioperative period can improve the nursing effect, shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with ectopic pregnancy, reduce postoperative pain, and improve anxiety and depression.更多还原
