【摘要】 目的 探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法 选取2023年2月至2024年2月茂名市人民医院收治的66例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组（33例）行阿奇霉素治疗，观察组（33例）在阿奇霉素治疗基础上实施纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组的发热、咳嗽、喘息、肺部湿啰音消失时间以及肺部阴影吸收时间相较于对照组更短（P <0.05）。治疗前，两组临床肺部感染评分（CPIS）比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；治疗后，两组CPIS均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果较好，能够改善患儿肺部感染情况，缩短症状消失的时间，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 66 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia in Maoming People’s Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.After being divided into two groups by the random number table method, the control group(33 cases) was treated with Azithromycin, and the observation group(33 cases) was treated with Azithromycin combined with flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of fever,cough, wheezing, and lung moist rales and the absorption time of lung shadow in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS) between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the CPIS was decreased in both groups, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children has good clinical effect, which can improve the pulmonary infection of children, shorten the time of symptom disappearance, and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
