【摘要】 目的 分析不同缝合术用于产后出血患者治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2023年1月在竹山县妇幼保健院实施剖宫产术分娩且存在产后出血的患者42例，采用随机数字表法分为参照组（n=21）、试验组（n=21）。参照组以B-Lynch缝合术缝合治疗，试验组以改良Hayman缝合术缝合治疗，比较两组临床疗效、术中及术后指标、术中及术后出血量、血红蛋白、术后并发症、术后随访状况。结果 试验组总有效率、血红蛋白水平相较参照组更高（P<0.05）；试验组手术时间、止血时间较参照组更短，输血量、术中出血量、术后24 h出血量、术后48 h出血量较参照组更少，术后并发症总发生率均较参照组更低（P <0.05）；两组血性恶露时间及首次月经恢复时间、月经周期比较无显著差异（P> 0.05）。结论 改良Hayman缝合术能够精准控制产后出血患者出血状况，促进血红蛋白水平恢复，临床疗效显著，值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of different sutures treating postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Forty-two patients who delivered by cesarean section with postpartum hemorrhage in Zhushan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random number table method, with 21 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with B-Lynch suture and the experimental group was treated with modified Hayman suture. The clinical efficacy, intraoperative and postoperative indicators, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, hemoglobin, postoperative complications, and follow-up status were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and hemoglobin level of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P < 0.05). The experimental group had shorter operation time and hemostasis time, less blood transfusion, intraoperative bleeding, 24 hours postoperative bleeding, and 48 hours postoperative bleeding, and lower total incidence of postoperative complications than the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in lochia blood time, recovery time of the first menstruation, and menstrual cycle between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Modified Hayman suture can accurately control the bleeding of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, and promote the recovery of hemoglobin levels. The clinical effect is significant, and is worthy of clinical reference.更多还原
