【摘要】 目的 探讨无痛胃镜下透明帽辅助治疗儿童食管异物的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年6月因食管异物就诊于河西学院附属张掖人民医院且采用无痛胃镜下透明帽辅助治疗的39例患儿，将其纳入观察组；选取同时间段在河西学院附属张掖人民医院实施普通胃镜下透明帽辅助治疗的39例食管异物患儿为对照组。比较两组的异物成功取出率、手术操作时间、手术内镜视野分级、并发症总发生率。结果 观察组食管异物成功取出率高于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组手术操作时间短于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组手术内镜视野分级情况优于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 采用无痛胃镜下透明帽辅助治疗儿童食管异物具有成功率高、操作时间短、内镜视野好、并发症少的优势，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transparent cap assisted treatment of esophageal foreign bodies in children undergoing painless gastroscopy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 39 children with esophageal foreign bodies who received transparent cap assisted treatment under painless gastroscopy in Zhangye People’s Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from January 2022 to June 2024, and they were included in the observation group. During the same period, 39 children with esophageal foreign bodies who received transparent cap assisted treatment under ordinary gastroscopy in Zhangye People’s Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University were selected as the control group. The successful foreign body removal rate, operation time, endoscopic visual field grading,and total complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The successful foreign body removal rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P < 0.05). The grading of endoscopic visual field in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The transparent cap assisted treatment under painless gastroscopy has the advantages of high success rate, short operation time, good endoscopic field of view, and few complications in the treatment of esophageal foreign bodies in children, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
