【摘要】 金融企业违规事件屡有发生，企业文化或许是其风险管理失败的重要原因之一。文章选取浦发银行作为研究对象，就“区域情境下金融企业子机构的文化嵌入”这一主题，展开关于企业文化管控议题的案例研究。研究发现，在不同区域情境下，金融企业子机构的文化外部影响与内部嵌入面临着一致性和适应性的压力。在此基础上，文章根据不同的压力来源提出了子机构可以采取的三种应对措施，分别是制度管控型策略、情感管控型策略，以及整合管控型策略。最后，文章总结了企业应对文化嵌入压力的分析路径，这对企业子机构在不同区域情境下的文化嵌入及绩效提升具有重要启示意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Given that financial enterprise violations are happening with increasing frequency, many scholars gradually realize that corporate culture may become an important reason for the failure of risk management and control. This paper selects Shanghai Pudong Development Bank as the research object to start a case study on the issue involving the cultural embeddedness of financial enterprise subsidiaries in different regional situations. It is found that the cultural embeddedness of financial enterprise subsidiaries faces the pressures from consistency and adaptability demand, which may result in the failures of cultural control. What’s more, we provide three strategies to help subsidiaries solve different pressures of cultural embeddedness including system strategy, affective strategy, and hybrid strategy. Finally, this study attempts to summarize a typical analysis path to cope with the pressures of cultural embeddedness, which may play a guide role for subsidiaries in different regional situations.更多还原
