【摘要】 目的 系统评价黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症的有效性，为其临床应用提供循证依据。方法 计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wan Fang)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Web of scince共6个数据库，检索时限从各数据库建库至2021年12月31日，检索语种限定为中英文。收集黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症的随机对照试验，采用Co-chrane Handbook 5.1.0对文献质量进行评价，采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入的临床研究进行Meta分析。结果 检索获得相关文献277篇，最终纳入8项研究，总样本量910例，研究基线具有可比性。Meta分析结果显示：黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症的有效率[RR=1.48,95%CI(1.32,1.65),P<0.000 01]、配偶妊娠率[RR=3.93,95%CI(2.13,7.25),P<0.000 1]、精子浓度[MD=9.71,95%CI(3.00,16.42),P=0.005]、精子活力[MD=9.41,95%CI(1.36,17.46),P=0.02]、a级精子[MD=4.99,95%CI(3.56,6.41),P<0.000 01]、精子正常形态[MD=1.98,95%CI(0.33,3.63),P=0.02]均高于对照组。黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症的a+b级精子[MD=9.78,95%CI(-3.53,23.09),P=0.15]与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症可以提高治疗有效率、配偶妊娠率、精子浓度、精子活力、a级精子比率、精子正常形态率，初步证实了黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of Huangjing Zanyu Capsule in the treatment of male infertility and provide evidence-based evidence for its clinical application.Method Computer searches were conducted on six databases, including CNKI,Wanfang, VIP,CBM,PubMed, and Web of Science.The search period was from the establishment of each database until December 31,2021,and the search language was limited to both Chinese and English.Randomized controlled trials of Huangjing Zanyu capsule for the treatment of male infertility were collected, the quality of the literature was evaluated using Co-chrane Handbook 5.1.0,and Meta-analysis of the included clinical studies was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Result 277 relevant literature were retrieved, and 8 studies were ultimately included with a total sample size of 910.The study baseline was comparable.The meta-analysis results showed that the effective rate of Huangjingzanyu Capsule in treating male infertility [RR=1.48,95% CI(1.32,1.65),P<0.000 01],spouse pregnancy rate [RR=3.93,95% CI(2.13,7.25),P<0.000 1],sperm concentration [MD=9.71,95% CI(3.00,16.42),P=0.005],sperm motility [MD=9.41,95% CI(1.36,17.46),P=0.02],a-grade sperm [MD=4.99,95% CI(3.56,6.41),P<0.000 01],normal morphology of sperm [MD=1.98,95% CI(0.33,3.63),P=0.02] were higher than those of the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment of male infertility with Huangjingzanyu capsules for grade a+b sperm [MD=9.78,95% CI(-3.53,23.09),P=0.15] compared with the control group.Conclusion Huangjing Zanyu Capsule can improve the treatment effectiveness, spouse pregnancy rate, sperm concentration, sperm motility, A-grade sperm ratio, and normal sperm morphology rate in the treatment of male infertility.This preliminarily confirms that Huangjing Zanyu Capsule has a significant therapeutic effect on male infertility.更多还原
