【Abstract】 For the YXKK2-355～630 series high-voltage high-efficiency high-power density three-phase induction motors,this paper centers on the key design technologies such as high energy efficiency technology,high power density,high reliability as well as low vibration and noise to take measures in aspects of the electromagnetic,structure,air path,bearing design and material selection,which ensure the consistency between the test value and the design value of prototype motor.At the same time,the progressiveness of this series motor products in the type spectrum,efficiency,vibration and other aspects is verified also through data comparison and analysis.更多还原
