【Abstract】 This article aims to explore the application of lateral position ventilation in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation. By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this article summarizes the indications, contraindications, starting time, stopping time, stopping time, implementation and nursing, complications, and nursing difficulties and problems faced by the lateral position ventilation in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation.
