乡村振兴背景下农林高校耕读文化育人路径探析

【摘要】 耕读文化作为我国发展的软实力，是推动乡村振兴发展的重要基石。农林高校进行耕读文化育人既是立德树人的重要抓手，又是推进乡村振兴的实践自觉。当前，有效推动农林高校耕读文化育人，要从现实困境、困境成因、突破路径3个层面进行分析，将耕读文化融入人才培养的全过程、全环节。深入剖析耕读文化育人困境及成因，着手解决耕读文化育人的广度、深度、效度3个层面问题，聚焦强化农林高校师资力量、加强资源整合与共享、创新教学方式方法等方面，推动耕读文化入脑入心，鼓励学生从土地和自然中汲取成长的力量，厚植爱农情怀，担当好强农兴农使命，汇集起推动乡村全面振兴的强大动能。更多还原

Training people by farming-and-reading culture in agricultural and forestry universities is not only an important starting point for educating people, but also a practical consciousness to promote rural revitalization.
