【Abstract】 The new rural community is a process of comprehensive modernization of community management in the aspects of governance subject, governance mode, governance goal, governance concept and so on in the process of urban-rural integration. It is reflected not only in the transformation of infrastructure and basic services, but also in the transformation of people’s mode of production and values. This paper takes the model of new rural community construction in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province as an example to contribute practical wisdom to the research of community governance at the grass-roots level.更多还原
