原核表达技术在动物传染病疫苗生产中的应用
Application of Prokaryotic Expression Technology in the Production of Animal Infectious Disease Vaccines
【摘要】 原核表达技术是基因表达中开发最早、使用最广泛的蛋白表达技术。因具有成本低廉,遗传背景清晰,培养周期短,可大量收获等特点,而在动物传染病疫苗的生产中广泛应用。论文主要总结了利用原核表达技术生产动物传染病疫苗时目的基因的选择,宿主菌的选择、以及疫苗的安全性和免疫效力的检测方法,并对原核表达技术在动物传染病疫苗生产中的安全性与制备成本的优势进行了讨论,以期为今后利用原核表达技术研发和生产疫苗提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 Prokaryotic expression technology is the earliest developed and most widely used protein expression technology in gene expression.Because of its low cost, clear genetic background, short culture period, and large harvest, it is widely used in the production of animal infectious disease vaccines.This paper mainly summarizes the selection of target genes, the selection of host bacteria, the detection methods of vaccine safety and immune efficacy, and discusses the advantages of prokaryotic expression technology in the production of vaccines against animal infectious diseases.This study provides a reference for the development and production of vaccines using prokaryotic expression technology in the future.
