二氢杨梅素对蛋雏鸡生长性能的影响
Effect of Dihydromyricetin on Growth Performance of Laying Chicks
【摘要】 为研究二氢杨梅素(DHM)对蛋雏鸡生长性能的影响,选用7日龄海兰白蛋雏鸡150只随机分成5个组,每组30只。对照组给予基础日粮,给药组分别在基础日粮添加0.25、0.5、1、2 g/kg的DHM,试验期为35 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,42日龄时1 g/kg和2 g/kg的DHM组雏鸡平均体重显著增加(P<0.05);28和35日龄时0.5、1、2 g/kg DHM组平均日采食量显著或极显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);35和42日龄时0.5、1、2 g/kg DHM组平均日增重显著或极显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),肉料比显著增加(P<0.05);此外,DHM对雏鸡心脏指数、肝脏指数、肾脏指数和存活率均无明显影响。由此可见,DHM能够促进蛋雏鸡生长发育并对心脏、肝脏和肾脏无不良作用,可作为养禽业中一种绿色安全的饲料添加剂。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of dihydromyricetin(DHM) on the growth performance of laying chicks, 150 7-day-old Hyline White laying chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups of 30 chicks each.The control group was given basal diet and the drug administration groups were supplemented with 0.25,0.5,1,2 g/kg DHM in the basal diet respectively for 35 days.The results showed that compared with the control group, the average body weight of chicks in 1 g/kg and 2 g/kg DHM groups increased significantly at 42 days of age(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake of 0.5,1 and 2 g/kg DHM groups increased significantly or extremely significantly at the age of 28 and 35 days(P<0.05 or P<0.01).At 35 and 42 days of age, the average daily gain of 0.5,1 and 2 g/kg DHM groups was significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the ratio of meat to feed was significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition, DHM had no significant effect on heart index, liver index, renal index and survival rate of laying chicks.From this it can be seen that DHM can promote the growth and development of laying chicks and has no adverse effects on the heart, liver and kidney.Therefore, DHM can be used as a green and safe feed additive in the poultry industry.
