电源回路对PEM电解水单池EIS测试的影响研究
Impact of power circuit on PEM electrolyzer single-cell EIS test
【摘要】 电化学阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, EIS)是电解水相关技术开发过程中最常用的测试手段之一。通过EIS测试,电解水电堆或单池中详细的极化过程可以被研究者观测,进而改进工艺、遴选材料、优化结构。然而,电解水EIS测试过程中,电源的影响问题却一直被研究者忽略。基于有效面积为5 cm~2的电解水单池,借助高速数据采集设备,改变电解水测试过程中的接线,研究了电源对于电解水EIS测试的影响。结果表明,电源在阻抗测试过程中,会出现明显的分流作用,降低单池接收到的电流扰动幅度,造成单池的阻抗明显失真,特别是中高频区域,使得阻抗谱失去其原有价值。进一步研究表明,电源即使处于关机状态下,只要功率线不断开,都会对单池的阻抗测试产生明显的影响。
【Abstract】 Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) is one of the most commonly used testing methods in the development of electrolysis-related technologies. Through EIS test, the detailed polarization process in electrolyzer stacks or single cells can be observed by researchers, leading to process improvement, material selection, and structure optimization. However, the impact of the power circuit during electrolyzer EIS test has been overlooked by researchers. This study focused on a singlecell electrolyzer with an effective area of 5 cm~2. By changing the wiring during the electrolyzer testing process and utilizing high-speed data acquisition equipment, the influence of the power circuit on electrolyzer EIS test was investigated. The results show that the power circuit exhibits significant current diversion during the impedance testing process, reducing the magnitude of current disturbances received by the single cell and thus greatly affecting the electrolyzer EIS test. Further research indicates that even if the power source is turned off, as long as the power line remains connected, it still has a noticeable impact on the impedance testing of the single cell.
