基于Buck-Boost的锂电池双层均衡方法研究

【摘要】 由于锂电池组的不一致性导致电池组使用寿命缩短和可用容量减少,为提高均衡速度,设计了一种基于Buck-Boost的分层均衡拓扑。以单体电池荷电状态(SOC)作为均衡变量,采用平均值比较法的均衡策略,将电池组分为两层来进行均衡。根据提出的均衡拓扑和相应的均衡策略,采用4节锂电池单体在MATLAB/Simulink实验平台做了双层均衡仿真实验,同时将其与传统均衡拓扑进行对比分析,经实验证明,所设计的均衡拓扑可以提高均衡速度和能量转移效率。

【Abstract】 Due to the inconsistency of lithium battery pack, the service life of battery pack is shortened and the available capacity is reduced. In order to improve the equalization speed, this paper designs a hierarchical equalization topology based on Buck-Boost. With the single battery SOC as the balance variable, the battery pack is divided into two layers to balance using the balance strategy of the average comparison method. According to the balancing topology and corresponding balancing strategy proposed in this paper, a double-layer balancing simulation experiment was carried out on the MATLAB/Simulink experimental platform using four lithium battery cells. At the same time, it was compared with the traditional balancing topology. The experiment proved that the balancing topology designed in this paper can improve the balancing speed and energy transfer efficiency.
