电化学沉积铜显现潜在手印的综合化学实验

【摘要】 设计了一种利用手印油脂的绝缘性,使用电化学沉积法显现金属表面上潜在手印的综合化学实验。通过控制变量法探究电流密度和电荷量对手印显现效果的影响,使用Image J软件测出纹线的灰度值分布用于评价显现质量,利用扫描电子显微镜和能量色散X射线光谱分析沉积层的结构和元素组成。该实验采用以电化学专业知识为基础的研究型教学模式,致力于培养学生的科学思维和科研能力。教学过程中以学生为中心,教师提供指导和点拨,调动学生的实验积极性,发掘学生的创新潜力,培养高素质的刑事科学技术人才,实现科技兴警。

【Abstract】 A comprehensive chemical experiment was designed to use the electrochemical deposition to reveal potential fingerprints on metal surfaces by exploiting the insulating properties of handprint grease. The effect of current density and charge on the appearance of fingerprints was investigated by the control variate method, the distribution of the gray value of the lines was measured using Image J software to evaluate the appearance quality. The structure and elemental composition of the deposited layers were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.This experiment adopts a research-oriented teaching model based on electrochemical professional knowledge, committed to cultivating students’ scientific thinking and research abilities. In the teaching process, a student-centered approach with guidance from teachers is adopted to stimulate students’ experimental enthusiasm, explore their innovative potential, cultivate high-quality criminal science and technology talents, and achieve the goal of promoting the police through science and technology.
