【摘要】 目的 了解青海省成人大骨节病患者Ⅰ型胶原降解产物CTX-I改变情况，为科学防治成人大骨节病(KBD)提供科学依据。方法 选取青海省海南藏族自治州兴海、贵德2县KBD病区成人KBD患者61例，病区内对照40人，将其分为KBD病例组以及病区内对照组。使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清CTX-Ⅰ水平。结果 共调查KBD病区人群101例，其中KBD患者血清CTX-Ⅰ中位数为416.91 pg/mL,病区内对照血清CTX-Ⅰ中位数为363.59 pg/mL,二者之间有统计学意义(Z=2.375,P=0.018)。结论 青海省成人KBD患者血清Ⅰ型胶原降解产物CTX-Ⅰ显著增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand changing of C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(CTX-Ⅰ) of degradation product of collagen I,so as to provide scientific data for prevention and control of Kashin-Beck disease(KBD).Methods Sixty-one adults and 40 control were selected in KBD areas of Xinghai County and Guide County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and they were divided into KBD case group and internal control group.The serum CTX-Ⅰ level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results A total of 101 persons were involved in this study, the median levels of serum CTX-Ⅰ were 416.91 pg/mL in patients with KBD,and those in internal control group were 363.59 pg/mL.There was significant difference in serum CTX-Ⅰ levels between the two groups(Z=2.375,P=0.018).Conclusion CTX-Ⅰ of degradation product of collagen Ⅰ in KBD adult patients in Qinghai Province were increased significantly.更多还原
