镍基铸造高温合金Ni80Cr20和NiCoCrMoX真空感应熔炼过程中Se元素的控制研究
Study on Controlling of Element Se during Vacuum Induction Smelting of Nickel-based Cast Superalloys Ni80Cr20 and NiCoCrMoX
【摘要】 高性能航空发动机离不开性能优异的镍基铸造高温合金材料,而高纯净度是性能优良的镍基铸造高温合金的最重要的标志。为了得到高纯净度高温合金材料,需要对其中的杂质元素、气体元素、微量有害元素等进行有效控制,使其达到一个极低的水平(通常为10-6级)。Se元素是影响高温合金性能的主要微量有害元素之一。本文对真空感应熔炼过程中镍基铸造高温合金中Se元素挥发性进行了一系列研究。结果表明,真空感应熔炼过程中,通过有效控制精炼温度、精炼时间和真空度,可使得镍基铸造高温合金Ni80Cr20和NiCoCrMoX中的Se元素含量降低到0.2×10-6以下。
【Abstract】 High performance aero-engine requires nickel-based cast superalloy materials with excellent performance and good purity, which is the most important symbol of nickel-based cast superalloys. In order to get the high-purity superalloys, it is necessary to effectively control the impurity elements, gas elements, harmful microelements, etc., so that they can stay a very low level(usually 10-6 level). Selenium is one of the most major harmful microelements which can influence the properties of superalloys. In this paper, a series of studies have been carried out on volatility of selenium in nickel-based cast superalloys during vacuum induction smelting. The results show that selenium in nickel-based cast superalloys Ni80Cr20 and NiCoCrMoX can be reduced to 0.2×10-6 or less by controlling the refining temperature, refining time and vacuum during the process of vacuum induction smelting.
