镍基铸造高温合金返回料回收再利用现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 镍基铸造高温合金材料通常含有多种稀贵金属,因此,其返回料具有重要的回收再利用价值。本文综述了国内外镍基铸造高温合金的返回料的回收再利用的现状以及主流的返回料净化处理工艺技术。在此基础上,对未来返回料的有效再利用技术及发展趋势进行展望,为国内相关行业中返回料的回收再利用提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 The returned materials of nickel-based cast superalloys contain a variety of rare and precious metal elements, which has important recycling and reusing value. In this paper, the current recycling status of the reverts of nickel-based cast superalloys at home and abroad and the mainstream purification technology of the returned materials were reviewed. On this basis, the effective reuse technology and development trend of the returned materials in the future were prospected, which provided reference for the recycling of the returned materials in related industries in China.
