【Abstract】 Faced with the digital transformation of education, university libraries are transforming into a new type of learning organizations and exploring potencial of transforming into Future Learning Centers. The current Ubiquitous Information services in university libraries should mainly be carried out through the “Ubiquitous Resources & Ubiquitous Services” model. “Ubiquitous Resources” focuses on ensuring the needs of talent cultivation, discipline construction, cultural inheritance, and innovative development in college. “Ubiquitous Service” aims to support technological innovation and create conditions and opportunities for cultivating innovative talents. University libraries should utilize information technology to connect various learning system platforms and integrate educational data both inside and outside the college, support interdisciplinary integration research and application, build scalable and interconnected information platforms, and provide interconnected Ubiquitous Information Services.更多还原
