基于区块链技术的虚拟学术社区科研人员知识分享意愿研究
Research on Scientists’ Knowledge Sharing Intention in Online Academic Community Based on Block-chain
【摘要】 结合技术采纳与利用整合理论,探讨了区块链技术接纳和系统信任与基于区块链技术的虚拟学术社区中科研人员知识分享意愿的内在逻辑关系。利用归纳和理论推导相结合的方法,分析了技术接纳、系统信任与知识分享意愿之间的相互影响机理,构建了核心变量之间的理论框架,并采用回归分析方法对理论模型进行验证。层级回归分析结果表明,技术接纳三个维度不仅能够直接正向显著影响科研人员的知识分享意愿,还有助于科研人员对虚拟平台系统信任的形成,系统信任在技术接纳与知识分享意愿之间发挥着部分中介效应。研究结论为提高学术成果传播效率和助力数字技术应用提供实践价值。
【Abstract】 Combining unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, this paper studies internal logic relationships between technology acceptance, system trust and scientists’ knowledge sharing intention in online academic community. Utilizing induction and theoretical deduction methods, this paper analyzes influential mechanism between technology acceptance, system trust and scientists’ knowledge sharing intention, and builds the theoretical framework of key variables. The hierarchical regression results show that all of three aspects of technology acceptance have significant direct positive impacts on scientists’ knowledge sharing intention, and they also contribute to formation of scientists’ system trust to online academic community. System trust partially mediates on the relationship between technology acceptance and knowledge sharing intention. The results provide practical value for improving the dissemination of academic achievements and application of digital technologies.
