【摘要】 创新人才培养是高等教育的永恒主题。本文介绍了浙江理工大学化学与化工学院在创新化学人才培养方面的探索与实践;以学术科研为牵引,通过优化课程构架、健全科研实践体系、加强导师队伍建设三方面,将学术科研有机融入本科生培养过程,促进科教融合,加强理实融通,提升学生思辨能力和实践创新水平,培养卓越化学人才。

【Abstract】 The cultivation of innovative talents is the eternal theme of higher education. This article introduces our efforts in building the education systems to cultivate innovative chemical talents by strengthening the functions of academic research and promoting the integration of science and education. Specifically, we integrate academic research into the undergraduate training process by optimizing the curriculum structure, constructing practice system for scientific research and building a strong mentor team for the undergraduates. With these reforms, we hope to enhance the students’ critical thinking and practical innovation ability and cultivate outstanding chemistry talents.
