热声制冷机板叠导热系数对稳态温差的影响
The effect of thermal conductivity of thermoacoustic chiller plate stack on its steady-state temperature difference
【摘要】 为了研究给定工作频率下板叠导热系数对板叠两端温度差的影响,本文使用数值仿真方法,在无负载情况下设置激励频率为200 Hz,激励振幅为3 mm,当板叠材料导热系数选取导热系数为2.23 W/(m·K)时,板叠两端温差最大,可达24.05 K。结果表明,在给定激励频率下,存在一个最佳导热系数,能使板叠两端的温差达到最大。研究结果为合理选择板叠材料、提高制冷效果提供了参考。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of the thermal conductivity of the stack on the temperature difference between the two ends of the stack under a given operating frequency, a numerical simulation method was used to set the excitation frequency to 200 Hz and the excitation amplitude to 3 mm under the condition of no load, and when the thermal conductivity of the stacked material was 2.23 W/(m·K),the temperature difference between the two ends of the plate stack was the largest, up to 24.05 K.The results show that there is an optimal thermal conductivity at a given excitation frequency, which maximizes the temperature difference between the two ends of the stack.The research results can provide a reference for the rational selection of laminated materials and the improvement of refrigeration effect.
