基于低温恒温器的温度计接触热阻仿真与实验研究
Simulation and experimental research on thermometer thermal resistance based on cryogenic thermostat
【摘要】 为探究温度计接触热阻对测温的影响,利用低温恒温器测量系统建立了Cernox温度计接触热阻模型;在4.2 K~20 K温区内,对温度计在不同安装介质和激励电流下的测温温度及接触热阻做了对比实验,并用多电流法进行了修正。仿真和实验结果显示,温度计因自身特性产生的接触热阻可忽略不计,在相同激励电流下,清漆2115在降低接触热阻方面相对最优。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of contact thermal resistance of thermometers on temperature measurement, the model of Cernox thermometer was established using a cryogenic thermostat thermostat measurement system; Comparative experiments under different mounting medium and excitation currents in the temperature range of 4.2 K to 20 K were conducted,and the experimental results were corrected using the multi current method. Simulation and experimental results show that the contact thermal resistance generated by the thermometer due to its own characteristics has a negligible impact. Under the same excitation current, varnish 2115 is relatively optimal in reducing contact thermal resistance.
