BIM在CSLP领域的应用研究综述

【摘要】 近年来,BIM技术的迅猛发展为建筑行业带来了全新的构建理念和方法,其中,在施工现场布置规划中具有显著优势。在文中首先简要介绍了BIM技术在建筑领域中的设计阶段、施工管理运营阶段和后期绿色建筑的发展过程;然后根据目前的研究现状总结了BIM技术为CSLP模型建立提供便捷平台、提供可靠的数据支持、进行优化调整3个方面的应用;最后总结出BIM技术在CSLP领域存在的问题。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the rapid development of building information modeling(BIM) technology has brought about a revolutionary shift in construction concepts and methodologies, particularly showcasing significant advantages in on-site layout planning. We give a brief overview of the evolution of BIM technology in the architectural domain, highlighting its applications in the design phase, construction management and operations, and the subsequent development of green building practices. Subsequently, we summarize the current research landscape from three key aspects of BIM technology application in construction site layout planning(CSLP), including providing a convenient platform for CSLP model establishment, offering reliable data support, and facilitating optimization adjustments. Finally, we conclude the challenges and issues present in the application of BIM technology in the CSLP domain.
