基于改进蚁群优化的物联网网关负载均衡匹配研究

【摘要】 为进一步提高网络路由质量,设计了一种基于改进蚁群优化的物联网网关负载均衡匹配方法。在蚁群算法启发因子中引入节点层值及负载量,网关负载均衡性匹配优化目标由于数据传输链路均衡性,有利于网络寿命的延长。研究结果表明:相比于传统蚁群及BEACO这两种优化方法,改进蚁群方法,具有更好的负载平衡度,网络剩余总能量更多,更小的丢包率,更优的连接比率,达到更优节点均衡匹配效果。

【Abstract】 In order to further improve the quality of network routing, a load balancing matching method for IoT gateways based on improved ant colony optimization was designed. Introducing node layer values and load capacity into the heuristic factors of ant colony algorithm, the optimization goal of gateway load balancing matching was to extend the network lifespan due to the balance of data transmission links. The research results indicate that compared to the traditional ant colony optimization and BEACO optimization methods, the improved ant colony algorithm can achieve better load balancing, more remaining total network energy, smaller packet loss rate, and higher connection ratio, thus achieving better node balance matching effect.
