“以考促教”的考核方法设计与实施

【摘要】 在新工科、新农科建设背景下,教育部开展高等教育本科专业认证,明确提出通过过程考核提高课程评价的科学性、客观性和全面性,然而多角度的课程考核方式使得教师的工作强度大幅增加,为深入落实教育部课程改革创新发展理念,缓解教师工作强度过大的问题,东北林业大学电路课程组设计“以考促教”的考试方法,通过健全课程评价机制促进教学质量的提升,合理降低教师工作强度,实施效果显著。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the construction of new engineering and agriculture, the Ministry of Education carries out the professional certification of higher education undergraduates, and clearly proposes to improve the scientificity, objectivity and comprehensiveness of course evaluation through process assessment. However, the multi-angle course assessment method greatly increases the work intensity of teachers. In order to further implement the curriculum reform and innovation development concept of the Ministry of Education and alleviate the problem of excessive work intensity of teachers, the circuit course team of Northeast Forestry University designed the examination method of "promoting teaching by examination" to improve the course evaluation mechanism, promote the improvement of teaching quality, and reasonably reduce the work intensity of teachers. The implementation effect is remarkable.
