【摘要】 在职业教育推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇（以下简称“三融”）的大背景下，高职公共英语实施“岗课赛证”综合育人将面临岗位英语需求难以确定、综合育人逻辑难以把握和教学落地实施难以开展等困难，要通过校企联合打造教学团队、模块化重构教学内容和数智赋能创新教学策略等途径，鼓励教师与代表性企业专家联合开展调研活动，了解岗位英语需求，设立职场通用、专业特色、技能大赛、通用证书等模块组满足不同院系个性化育人需求，建立校级校企合作信息平台，依托模块化线上课程资源创新教学手段与方法，真正实现四种元素协同育人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of promoting the integration between vocational and general education,between industry and education, and between scientific research and education in vocational education, the implementation of the comprehensive cultivation of talents by means of integrating “posts, courses, competitions and certificates” in higher vocational public English will face difficulties in aspects like exploring the demand for on-the-job English, grasping the logic of comprehensive cultivation of talents, and implementing teaching.Through joint efforts between colleges and enterprises to build teaching teams, modular reconstruction of teaching content, and innovative teaching strategies empowered by digital intelligence, teachers and experts in representative enterprises are encouraged to conduct surveys to know the English demand, different module groups are set up to meet the personalized needs of different departments, a school-level college-enterprise cooperation information platform is established, and modular online course resources are created to innovate teaching means and methods, to truly achieve the four elements collaborative cultivation of talents.更多还原
