【摘要】 近年来，探讨新时代如何在高校实践育人中有效融入中华优秀传统文化，成为当前教育改革的热点之一。基于此，本文首先阐述了高校实践育人的理论背景和内涵，强调了实践育人对于学生全面发展的重要性。接着，分析了中华优秀传统文化在实践育人中的重要作用，包括强化文化自信、培养综合素质、塑造思维观念等方面。针对目前存在的问题提出有效的融入路径，包括发挥课堂阵地作用、把握传统文化精髓、健全实践育人机制、借助网络阵地优势等。旨在为完善高校实践育人机制、培养具有中华优秀传统文化底蕴的高素质人才提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, it has become one of the heated points of the current education reform to explore how to effectively integrate traditional culture into the practice of education in colleges and universities in the new era.
