车轮多边形对轴箱振动特性的影响分析
Analysis of the Influence of Wheel Polygon on Axle Box Vibration Characteristics
【摘要】 为了研究高速列车车轮多边形对轴箱振动的影响规律,建立了柔性轮对,并联合动力学仿真软件Simpack,建立了某型动车刚柔耦合动力学模型。以德国轨道谱作为激励,基于柔性轮对的多边形模型,研究了车轮10~20阶多边形对轴箱动力性能的影响,分析了轴箱振动加速度及功率谱,得到了车轮多边形与轴箱振动之间的关系,并提出了减小轴箱振动的措施。结果表明:车轮多边形导致轴箱产生较强烈的振动,且其振动特性频率与车轮多边形阶次相关,可以通过检测轴箱振动来预测车轮多边形阶次。
【Abstract】 The relative vibration between the axle box and wheelset during the high-speed train operation has a particular impact on the safe operation of EMU. In order to obtain the influence law of wheel polygon on axle box vibration, a flexible wheelset is established, and the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK is combined to construct a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of a certain type of motor vehicle. By taking the German track spectrum as the excitation, the influence of the 10-20 order polygon of the wheel on the dynamic performance of the axle box is studied and analyzed based on the polygon model of the flexible wheelset. The vibration acceleration and power spectrum of the axle box are analyzed. The relationship between the wheel polygon and the axle box vibration is studied. The measure method is proposed reducing the axle box vibration. The results show that the wheel polygon causes the axle box to produce strong vibration, and its vibration characteristic frequency is related to the wheel polygon order. The wheel polygon order can be predicted by detecting the axle box vibration.
