集成谐振电容网络的整合型Buck变换器

【摘要】 此处基于谐振式开关电容变换器(SCC)和电感型开关变换器的节点特性,提出了一种集成谐振电容网络的整合型Buck开关变换器。通过在电感型变换器中集成电容网络减小了电感尺寸、降低了开关电压应力、拓宽了降压比。通过引入谐振电感,实现了大部分开关管的软开关,有效降低了电荷共享损耗和开关损耗。为了减少磁性元件数量,谐振电感采用PCB寄生电感。最后搭建了一台48 V输入、12 V/15 A输出的实验样机,并与Buck变换器进行了对比,验证了所提方案的可行性与分析的正确性。

【Abstract】 Based on the node characteristics of switched capacitor converter and inductive switching converter,an integrated Buck converter with integrated resonant capacitor network is proposed.By integrating the capacitor network into the inductive converter,several benefits are achieved.These include a reduction in the size of the inductor,a decreased voltage stress on the switches,and a higher step-down ratio.And a resonant inductor is introduced into the capacitor network to achieve soft switching for most of the switches,which effectively reduces charge-sharing loss and switching loss.To reduce the number of magnetic components,a PCB parasitic inductor is utilized as the resonant inductor.Finally,an experimental prototype with 48 V input and 12 V/15 A output is constructed and compared with Buck converter to verify the feasibility of the proposed approach and the correctness of analysis.
