一种新型准Z源三电平高增益DC/DC变换器
A New Quasi-Z-source Three-level High-gain DC/DC Converter
【摘要】 在此提出一种准Z源三电平高增益DC/DC变换器,该变换器集成了准Z源网络和三电平结构。准Z源网络具有升压和无源箝位的功能,三电平结构能够降低开关管的电压应力。其整体结构对称新颖,设计合理,在保证效率的基础上,实现了变换器的高电压增益和低电压应力功能,延长了有源器件的使用寿命,在光伏发电中具有较大的应用潜力。在此对变换器的工作模态、器件电压电流应力、参数设计和效率进行详细阐述。最后,在实验室制作了100 W实验样机,通过实验验证了所提拓扑结构的可行性。
【Abstract】 A quasi-Z-source three-level high-gain DC/DC converter is proposed,which integrates a quasi-Z-source network and a three-level structure.The quasi-Z-source network has the functions of step-up and passive clamping,and the three-level structure can reduce the voltage stress of the switch.Its overall structure is symmetrical and novel,the design is reasonable,and on the basis of ensuring efficiency,it realizes the functions of high voltage gain and low voltage stress of the converter,prolongs the service life of active devices,and has great application potential in photovoltaic power generation.The working mode of the converter,the voltage and current stress,the parameter design and the efficiency of the device are described in detail.Finally,a 100 W experimental prototype is made in the laboratory,and the feasibility of the proposed topology is verified by experiment.
