电容器薄膜用聚丙烯原料微量元素分析方法

【摘要】 为了精确分析电容器薄膜用聚丙烯原料中微量元素,介绍了电容器薄膜用聚丙烯原料进行元素测定时的干法灰化法以及微波消解法两种预处理方法,比较了不同方法对分析结果的影响。对比了几种分析手段的特点,选择电感耦合等离子体质谱法作为分析手段。相比于干法灰化法,微波消解法的准确度和精密度都较高,微波消解法结合ICP-MS法适用于测定电容器薄膜用聚丙烯原料中的微量金属元素,建立了基于ICP-MS法测定电容器薄膜用聚丙烯原料中微量金属元素含量的方法。

【Abstract】 For accurately analyzing trace elements in polypropylene raw materials for capacitor film,such two prepressing methods as dry ashing method and microwave digestion method are introduced for element determination of polypropylene raw materials for capacitor film. The effects of different methods on the analysis results are compared. The characteristic of various analysis means are compared and the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is chosen as the analysis method. Compared to the dry ashing method,the microwave digestion method has higher accuracy and precision. The microwave digestion method combined with ICP-MS method is suitable for determining trace metal elements in polypropylene raw materials for capacitor film. A method based on ICP-MS method has been set up for determining the content of trace metal elements in polypropylene raw material for capacitor film.
