不同喂养方式早产儿血清叶黄素水平对视感知发育影响的研究进展
Research Progress on Effects of Serum Lutein Levels on Visual Perception Development in Preterm Infants with Different Feeding Patterns
【摘要】 早产儿由于过早脱离母体,可能面临视感知发育不良的问题,及早干预是减少这种发育不良的有效手段。通过饮食喂养增加早产儿对某些关键营养素的摄入,是实现早期干预的方法。研究表明,叶黄素和玉米黄质在视觉和认知发育过程中起着重要作用,但叶黄素无法自身合成,必须通过饮食获取,因此早产儿的喂养方式显得尤为重要。本研究综述叶黄素的生化特性、不同喂养方式下早产儿血清叶黄素水平的差异,以及叶黄素水平对其视感知发育的影响,以期为早产儿视感知发育障碍的干预提供新的视角和参考。
【Abstract】 Preterm infants, due to premature separation from the maternal environment, are at risk of visual perceptual developmental disorders. Early intervention is an effective way to mitigate these disorders. Enhancing the intake of specific nutrients through dietary feeding is a potential method for early intervention. Studies have shown that lutein and zeaxanthin play critical roles in visual and cognitive development, but since lutein cannot be synthesized by the body, it must be obtained from dietary sources, making feeding methods for preterm infants especially significant. This paper reviews the biochemical properties of lutein, the differences in serum lutein levels among preterm infants with different feeding patterns, and the impact of serum lutein levels on their visual and perceptual development, aiming to provide a new perspective for interventions targeting visual perception development disorders in preterm infants.
