【Abstract】 Under the background of the current continuous reform of basic education, it is an urgent and important issue to discuss the basic principles that should be followed in the in-service training of teachers. The paper expounds that in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers should follow the principles of demand-orientation, content first, appropriate methods, classification promotion and action improvement.
