【Abstract】 Natural disaster is an event or phenomenon that natural factors bring about damage to human life,property,social function and ecological environment etc. Natural disaster relief site refers to the place where natural disaster relief operations are carried out,and hazardous chemical is special chemical that is harmful to human body,facilities and environment.
