【摘要】 《美国肠外肠内营养学会早产儿肠外营养指南（2023）》由美国肠外肠内营养学会制定，于2023年9月发表在Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition。该指南针对早产儿肠外营养（parenteral nutrition, PN）中的12个关键临床问题给出了推荐意见。相比同类指南，该指南通过更细致的角度对早产儿PN提供了建议，从主要结局（生长发育）和次要结局（如败血症、早产儿视网膜病变、肠外营养相关肝病、黄疸等）两方面对PN的开始时间、营养素的剂量和组成成分等进行证据分析及循证推荐。该文对该指南进行解读，为国内同行提供参考和借鉴。[中国当代儿科杂志，2024,26 (8):795-802]更多还原

【Abstract】 The "Guidelines for parenteral nutrition in preterm infants: the American Society for parenteral and enteral nutrition" were developed by the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and published in the Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition in September 2023. The guidelines provide recommendations on 12 key clinical questions regarding parenteral nutrition(PN) for preterm infants. In comparison to similar guidelines, this set offers more detailed perspectives on PN for preterm infants. It presents evidence-based recommendations for the commencement time, nutrient dosage, and composition of PN, considering primary outcomes such as growth and development, as well as secondary outcomes like sepsis, retinopathy of prematurity, parenteral nutrition-related liver disease, and jaundice.
