基于有限元迭代计算的盆式绝缘子电场综合优化
Comprehensive Optimization of Basin Insulator Electric Field by Finite Element Iterative Calculation
【摘要】 盆式绝缘子是高压气体绝缘设备重要的绝缘部件,其性能优劣直接影响高压设备的稳定运行。针对盆式绝缘子,以提升整体电场分布均匀性为优化目标,基于有限元迭代计算的方法,提出盆式绝缘子电场综合优化方案,通过优化算法改变盆体结构和梯度材料介电常数,得到绝缘子最优电场分布。仿真结果表明,对比匀质盆式绝缘子,在满足机械性能情况下,综合优化后体/表层梯度盆式绝缘子凹凸面最大场强降幅分别为35.79%、30.59%和29.28%、29.51%,优化效果显著。
【Abstract】 Basin insulator is an important insulating component of high voltage gas insulation equipment, its performance directly affects the stable operation of high voltage equipment. For the basin insulator, enhance the uniformity of electric field distribution as the optimization goal, based on the method of finite element iterative calculation, the comprehensive optimization scheme of electric field of basin insulator is proposed. The structure of the basin and the dielectric constant of the gradient material are changed by the optimization algorithm, obtain the optimal electric field distribution of insulator. The simulation results show that, comparison of homogeneous basin insulators, under the condition of mechanical properties, after comprehensive optimization, the maximum field strength drop of concave and convex surface of body and surface gradient basin insulator is 35.79%、30.59% and 29.28%、29.51%, the optimization effect is remarkable.
