纤维球过滤器布流系统优化及过滤性能研究
Study on distribution system optimization and filtration performance of fiber ball filter
【摘要】 为了优化工业级过滤器布流系统结构参数及提高其过滤性能,运用多孔介质模型对纤维球过滤器的过滤性能进行了分析,研究了布流系统结构参数对过滤性能的影响,并进行了实验验证,得出:对于直径为1.5 m,轴径比约为1的过滤器,优化后吐水口直径为15~20 mm,吐水口个数为10~12,过滤性能提高了约25%;当滤料层压降达到15 000 Pa时,滤速和出水水质不满足生产要求,需要对滤料层进行反冲洗。滤床截污量分布越均匀,滤床径向过滤阻力差异越小,滤床“密封性”越好,过滤器运行越稳定。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize the structural parameters of the industrial filter flow system and improve its filtration performance, the porous media model was used to analyze the filtration performance of the fiber ball filter, and the influence of the structural parameters of the flow system on the filtration behavior was analyzed, and experimental verification was carried out. The results are as follows: for the filter with diameter of 1.5 m and axial diameter ratio of about 1, the optimized outlet diameter is 15~20 mm and the number of outlet is 10~12,the filtration performance is improved about 25%. When the pressure drop of filter material reaches 15 000 Pa, the filtration rate and effluent quality do not meet the production requirements, and the filter material layer needs to be backwashed. The more uniform the distribution of filter bed pollution, the smaller the difference of filter bed radial filtration resistance, the better the "sealing" of filter bed, and the more stable the filter operation.
