【摘要】 构建档案工作责任制是新《档案法》提出的重要任务，探讨档案工作责任制的内涵、理念与构建路径等关键问题，对于深化对档案工作责任制的学理阐释、为各类档案主体开展相关工作提供指南具有重要的价值和作用。本文通过对档案工作责任制概念的历史演进与时代意蕴的分析，从政策和实践两个视角深入阐述了档案工作责任制的内涵，提出了构建档案工作责任制的理念和原则，从显化责任意识、优化战略决策、整合运行模式等角度描绘了档案工作责任制构建的基本路径。本研究有助于厘清档案工作责任制构建的基本理论问题，对进一步的理论探讨和实践应用有重要的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building a responsibility system for archives work is an important task proposed by the newly revised Archives Law. Exploring the connotation, concept, and path of the construction of responsibility system for archives work is of great value and role in deepening the theoretical interpretation of the responsibility system for archives work and providing guidance for various archival entities to carry out related work. This article analyzes the historical evolution and era significance of the concept of archives work responsibility system, and elaborates on the connotation of archives work responsibility system from the perspectives of policy and practice.It proposes the concept and principles of constructing archives work responsibility system, and describes the basic path of constructing archives work responsibility system from the perspectives of highlighting responsibility consciousness, optimizing strategic decision-making, and integrating operation mode. This study helps to clarify the basic theoretical issues of the construction of archives work responsibility system, and has an important driving role in further theoretical exploration and practical application.更多还原
