【摘要】 数字人文的纵深发展赋能档案知识服务变革。文章以内外部环境为分析视角，发现基于数字人文背景下的档案知识服务具有政策、技术、需求驱动、资源、职能拓展等层面的发展机遇，但同时也面临着缺乏理论指导、档案开放力度不够、档案人员动力不足、用户需求复杂、知识服务机构冲击等方面的困境，为此从统筹规划加强理论体系建设、全面推进提升资源供给丰富性、多措并举增强人员动力支撑、精准落实促进服务契合主体需求、多管齐下应对知识服务机构冲击等方面提出发展对策，以提升档案知识服务能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The in-depth development of digital humanities empowers the reform of archival knowledge service. From the perspective of the internal and external environment, this paper finds that the archival knowledge service based on the digital humanistic background has development opportunities in terms of policy, technology, demand-driven, resource and function expansion, but at the same time it faces difficulties in terms of lack of theoretical guidance, insufficient opening of archives, insufficient motivation of archivists, complex user needs and impact of knowledge service institutions. Therefore, the development countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of overall planning, strengthening the theoretical system construction, comprehensively promoting the richness of resource supply, taking various measures to enhance the motivation support of personnel, accurately implementing the promotion service to meet the needs of the main body and cope with the impact of knowledge service institutions in a multi-pronged manner, so as to enhance the ability of archival knowledge service.更多还原
