分布式电池系统热平衡控制设计

【摘要】 为实现电池系统的温度平衡,提出一种基于分布式的独立输入并联输出(IIPO)电池系统架构的热平衡控制方案。在该系统中,热平衡系统、输出电压控制系统相互结合。在放电操作阶段,通过调节功率转换器的占空比,将调节后的总线电压保持在期望值,并引入电流控制回路来调节每只电池的放电速率,将调节后的电池放电电流保持在期望值,从源头上控制电池产热,以实现热平衡。所提出的热平衡控制器不需要额外的平衡元器件,电池的热平衡会在系统运行期间实现。提出并讨论了控制方案及可行性,并给出概念验证实验样机的理论基础和结果分析,评估和验证热平衡控制器的操作性。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve the temperature balancing of the battery system, a thermal balancing control scheme based on the distributed independent input-parallel output(IIPO) battery system architecture is proposed.In this system, the thermal balancing system and the output voltage control system are combined.In the discharge operation phase, by adjusting the duty ratio of the power converter, the adjusted bus voltage is maintained at the desired value, the current control loop is introduced to adjust the discharge rate of each battery unit, the adjusted battery discharge current is maintained at the desired value, the battery heat generation is controlled from the source to achieve thermal balance.The thermal balance controller proposed does not require additional balancing components, the thermal balance of the battery will be achieved during the system operation.The control scheme and feasibility are proposed and discussed, the theoretical basis and result analysis of the proof-of-concept experimental prototype are given, which evaluates and verifies the operation of the thermal balance controller.
