区域合作视角下澳门高端制造业的发展路径

【摘要】 澳门特区政府一直致力于推进澳门经济发展适度多元化,目前已形成“1+4”产业布局与横琴粤澳深度合作区“四新”产业联动发展态势。高新技术驱动发展的高端制造业将在澳门未来经济体系中扮演重要角色。澳门可以充分发挥背靠祖国、依托湾区的优势,通过推进区域合作,持续完善激励高端制造业发展的项层设计与制度保障、推进人才技术等高端创新要素集聚、打造良好科创环境和加快智慧城市建设,以融合发展为主线,促进高端制造业与现代服务业融合、数实融合和产业互联网平台融合,实现澳门高端制造业的发展,更好地融入国家发展大局。

【Abstract】 The Macao SAR government has been committed to promoting the appropriate diversification of Macao’s economic development, and has formed a linkage development trend between the “1+4” industrial layout and the “four new” industries in Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone. The high-end manufacturing industry driven by high and new technologies will play an important role in Macao’s future economic system. Macao can give full play to its advantages of backing the motherland and relying on the Bay Area. By promoting regional cooperation, Macao can continue to improve the item level design and institutional guarantee that encourage the development of high-end manufacturing industry, promote the agglomeration of high-end innovation factors such as talent and technology, create a good science and innovation environment, and accelerate the construction of smart cities, with integrated development as the main line. It is proposed to promote the integration of high-end manufacturing industry and modern service industry, digital integration and industrial Internet platform integration, to achieve the development of high-end manufacturing industry in Macao, and better integrate into the overall development of the country.
