教育设施空间可达性与公平性研究——以西安市未央区公立小学为例
Research on the Accessibility and Fairness of Educational Facility Space: Taking the Public Primary School in Weiyang District, Xi’an City as an Example
【摘要】 为了衡量城市居民的基础教育设施资源的供需关系,运用网络分析法和增强型两步移动搜索法,对西安市未央区10个街道分人口结构和四种出行方式的教育设施空间可达性进行分析;接着运用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数对其进行公平性分析。结果表明,西安市未央区的教育设施空间资源分布不均;空间可达性上总体呈现南部街道的教育设施可达性最高,而靠北部的5个街道可达性均较低;空间公平性方面,4种交通出行方式均表明教育设施分布的极度不公平。比较下步行方式公平性最差,而机动车方式公平性最好。基于此提出建议,优化相关部门机构对教育设施的空间布局以提高其公平性;完善公共交通系统以及提高道路网密度以提升公立学校空间公平性;加强空间公平性视角的城市教育资源设施配置研究。
【Abstract】 In order to measure the supply and demand relationship of basic education facilities resources for urban residents, network analysis and enhanced two-step mobile search methods were used to analyze the accessibility of education facilities in 10 streets of Weiyang District, Xi’an City, based on population structure and four modes of transportation; Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient are used to analyze its fairness. The results are as follows. The distribution of educational facilities and resources in Weiyang District, Xi’an City is uneven. Overall, the accessibility of educational facilities in the southern streets is the highest, while the accessibility of the five streets to the north is relatively low. In terms of fairness, all four modes of transportation indicate extreme unfairness in the distribution of educational facilities. Compared to walking, the fairness of walking is the worst, while the fairness of motor vehicle is the best among them. Such suggestions are as follows. Optimize the spatial layout of educational facilities by relevant departments and institutions to improve their fairness. Improve public transport system and road network density to improve the spatial fairness of public schools. Research on the allocation of urban education resources and facilities from the perspective of strengthening social equity.
