【摘要】 提高丝绸的出口质量有助于获得更高的定价话语权。基于2000—2013年的中国海关数据库与中国工业企业数据库匹配数据，测度中国丝绸出口质量，探究政府补贴对丝绸出口质量的影响效应及其作用机制。研究结果表明：政府补贴可以有效提高丝绸的出口质量，且该结论在剔除政府补贴和丝绸出口质量异常值、考虑外部冲击和改变关键变量度量等稳健性检验下依然成立；作用机制检验表明，政府补贴通过缓解企业的融资约束和促进企业创新提高丝绸产品的出口质量；异质性分析表明，政府补贴对非国有企业、东部地区企业以及以蚕丝类为代表的原材料和以女连衣裙等为代表的丝绸制成品的质量提升效应更为显著。研究结论对促进丝绸出口质量提升和丝绸对外贸易高质量发展，提供了经验依据和政策启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the export quality of silk is conducive to get more say in pricing. Based on the matching data of China Customs Data and China Industry Business Performance Data from 2000 to 2013, this paper measures the quality of China’s silk export and explores the effect of government subsidy on the quality of silk export and its mechanism. The results showed that government subsidy could effectively improve the export quality of silk, and this conclusion was still valid under the robustness test by excluding the outliers of government subsidy and silk export quality, considering the external impact and changing the measurement of key variables. The mechanism test showed that government subsidy could promote the export quality of silk products by easing the financing constraints of enterprises and promoting the innovation of enterprises. The heterogeneity analysis showed that government subsidy had a more significant effect on the quality improvement of non-state-owned enterprises, enterprises in eastern China, raw material products represented by silk and silk products represented by women’s dresses. The research conclusions of this paper provide empirical basis and policy enlightenment for promoting the quality improvement of silk export and the high quality development of silk foreign trade.更多还原
