双峰驼感染魏氏梭菌与溶血性曼氏杆菌的防治

【摘要】 2022年5月以来,甘肃省某养驼场的部分驼羔先后出现阵咳、呼吸急促、步态摇摆等症状,个别伴有腹泻,并在短期内连续死亡。经现场调查及临床检查后,初步怀疑为细菌性病原感染所致。为探明病因并控制病情,现场采集发病驼羔血清及鼻拭子进行实验室检测;同时对病死驼羔进行解剖观察,无菌采集内脏组织及肠内容物进行实验室检测。剖检发现,病死驼羔胃肠道及肺脏组织病变较为明显;镜检可见革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌;实验室检测发现,魏氏梭菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌核酸呈阳性。表明驼羔发病是由于感染了魏氏梭菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌引起的。通过采取紧急免疫、隔离治疗、消毒灭源等综合措施后,驼羔病情逐步好转,养驼场恢复了正常生产。

【Abstract】 Since May 2022, some camel cubs at a camel farm in Gansu province had developed cough, shortness of breath, swaying gait and other symptoms, some accompanied by diarrhea, and died in a short time. After field investigation and clinical examination(blood routine), bacterial infection was initially suspected. In order to determine the cause and control the disease, serum and nasal swabs of diseased camel cubs were collected on site, and anatomical observation was performed on dead camel cubs, then the visceral tissues and intestinal contents were collected aseptically for laboratory testing. Necropsy showed that the pathological changes of gastrointestinal tract and lung tissue were obvious. Bacterial staining showed both G+and G-bacteria. Further laboratory tests revealed positive nucleic acid results for both Clostridium welchii and Mannheimia hoemolytici. The results showed that the disease was caused by Clostridium welchii and Mannheimia hoemolytici. After taking comprehensive measures such as emergency immunization,isolation and treatment, disinfection and source elimination, the condition of the camel farm was gradually improved and production was resumed.
